Mamta is a seasoned yogi with over 22 years of experience, she is dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with individuals from all walks of life. With certifications in Hatha, Yin, and Ashtanga yoga, totaling over 1100 hours of training, Mamta is a trusted teacher and a guide. She offers diverse classes, workshops, and retreats catering to practitioners of all levels.
She has been working for Patanjali Yog Peth UK Trust for 14 years and has designed and delivered yoga workshops on specific health issue and yoga classes for the trust. In 2013 her book, Awakening Chakra through Yoga Practice, co- authored by Claire Rodgers, was published. Mamta has delivered yoga sessions in a number of countries, such as India, China, Greece, and more.
